As part of a dynamic, motivated team, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination and invoicing of challenging construction projects. Your tasks will include managing internal and external project participants, ensuring that the construction work is carried out on time, to the required quality and in accordance with the contract, and monitoring the economic progress of the construction work.

You have a degree in civil engineering or architecture or comparable professional experience. You are characterized by a structured, solution-oriented way of working and entrepreneurial thinking.

Tasks:

Planning, management and invoicing of demanding construction projects in teamwork
Coordination and management of planners, subcontractors and internal participants during the course of the construction project
Inspection of quality, timely and contract-compliant execution on the construction site and its documentation
Developing and implementing technical solutions
Participation in the selection of construction methods
Contact for subcontractors
Supporting the project management in monitoring the construction process and controlling the cost center with regard to economic success
Project-related correspondence
Preparation of measurements and invoices

Your profile:

Completed studies in civil engineering/architecture (TH/FH), or professional experience in a comparable position
Responsible entrepreneurial thinking and action
Good user knowledge of MS Office
Committed and motivated cooperation and flexibility
Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
