ANPADO GmbH is looking to strengthen its motivated team with an experienced Site Manager (M/F/D) for challenging building construction projects. In this responsible position, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination and invoicing of construction projects, manage personnel and subcontractors and ensure that projects are implemented on site in line with quality, deadlines and contracts. As the central point of contact, you will work closely with clients, project management and all those involved in the construction.

Your profile ideally includes a master craftsman's qualification, sound experience in building construction, technical and commercial understanding and knowledge of relevant building regulations (VOB, DIN). The ability to work in a team, a sense of responsibility and a willingness to work with innovative software solutions round off your profile.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and committed person to start as soon as possible as a Site Manager (/M/W/D) in the field of building construction.

Tasks:

  • Planning, (implementation) management and invoicing of demanding construction projects in teamwork
  • Coordination of commercial personnel and subcontractors as well as material planning during the course of the construction project
  • Inspection of quality, timely and contract-compliant execution on the construction site and its documentation
  • Contact person for personnel and subcontractors as well as client/client representative
  • Supporting the project management in monitoring the construction process and controlling the cost center with regard to economic success
  • Project-related correspondence
  • Carrying out measurements and invoicing

Your profile:

  • Master craftsman (construction) desirable
  • Several years of professional experience in building construction
  • Technical and commercial understanding of construction processes
  • Knowledge of standards and regulations in the construction industry (VOB, DIN standards)
  • Technical and economic understanding as well as a sense of cost and responsibility
  • MS-Office knowledge
  • Innovative spirit for working with new software programs and in new areas of responsibility
  • Ability to work constructively and as part of a team with all those involved in construction round off your profile
