The job includes the production and assembly according to drawings, the operation of processing machines, as well as cutting and material preparation. A valid welder's pass (MAG, TIG, manual electric welding) is desirable.

We are looking for a committed, team-oriented person with completed training as a fitter, a structured way of working and an entrepreneurial mindset. Independent action, reliability and a confident, friendly manner round off the requirements profile.

Tasks:

  • Assumption of administrative tasks and independent office organization
  • Assistance activities in accordance with the MaBV (Real Estate Agent and Property Developer Ordinance)
  • General support for the management
  • Planning and coordinating appointments and processing correspondence and managing correspondence
  • Communication with customers and specialist departments (in writing and by telephone)
  • Processing incoming mail
  • Order entry, invoice verification and processing as well as participation in cost tracking

Your profile:

  • Training as a real estate agent or commercial training with an industry-related background desirable
  • Professional experience in the housing industry
  • Very good MS-Office knowledge
  • High degree of reliability, loyalty and commitment
  • Confident appearance, strong communication skills and service orientation
  • Enjoy dealing with employees and customers
  • Independent, self-reliant way of working and organizational skills
