In the renowned WIN WIN project in Düsseldorf, realized by Frankonia Eurobau Heimathafen GmbH, ANPADO was responsible for the comprehensive laying of the concrete block flooring. In the "Am Rodelberg" construction project in Mainz, realized by Implenia AG, ANPADO was responsible for the processing of natural stone in the interior. Our scope of services included the laying of around 1,200 m² of natural stone flooring as well as the production and installation of approx. 1,200 natural stone steps.
The project required the utmost precision and a special focus on material aesthetics and surface treatment. With a project volume of €350,000, we demonstrate our expertise in the field of high-quality interior fittings with natural stone - from the selection of suitable types of stone to millimetre-precise implementation on site.

The Mark Kairos project in Munich, in cooperation with the property developers Ed. Züblin AG and STRABAG SE, is one of ANPADO's most extensive reference projects. Our team was entrusted with the production and laying of 4,000 m² of artificial stone flooring and 1,350 artificial stone steps.
The challenge was to precisely coordinate the various implementation steps within an ambitious schedule. With an order volume of €870,000, this project impressively demonstrates our capacities in the realization of large construction projects.

As part of the Waldviertel project in Cologne, managed by the Bauwens Group, ANPADO was responsible for the complete design of the floor and stair areas with natural stone. Approx. 2,000 m² of flooring and around 2,000 natural stone steps were produced and installed.
With a project volume of €600,000, a high-quality, durable and visually appealing solution was created for a complex construction project. The particular challenge lay in the precise processing of the large-format natural stone slabs and the creation of even transitions in heavily frequented areas.
