Bergkamen" quarter

A new home - for today and tomorrow

The dream of owning a detached house is becoming reality here. Two modern detached houses are being built at Gluckstrasse 59a and 59b, which blend harmoniously into the existing residential area. As Anpado Bauen und Wohnen, we attach great importance to creating living spaces that impress with their quality, comfort and sustainability - a promise that should last a lifetime.

More space for life

The two detached houses have spacious plots and a well-planned living area of around 134 m² (incl. 50 % terraces, approx. 7.00 m²). They therefore offer sufficient space for families and individual living requirements. Each house has two full storeys and a converted attic. The solid construction with a partition wall between the buildings guarantees a high level of sound insulation and ensures a quiet living environment.

High-quality equipment with well thought-out details

The houses meet the sound insulation requirements of the DIN standard and are designed as energy-efficient KfW 40 buildings. Windows and doors on the first floor are equipped with burglar-resistant security features such as mushroom-head locks and reinforced strike plates. All double-glazed windows - with the exception of the roof windows - are fitted with electric shutters. The quality in the details is also evident in everyday life: a large number of sockets and network sockets ensure flexibility in the use of modern technology throughout the living space.

Attractive location in the "Gladbeck" district

The detached houses are located in a quiet, green residential area with excellent connections. The proximity to the city center as well as the quick accessibility of important transport axes enable both short distances in everyday life and uncomplicated connections for long-distance travel. Shopping facilities for daily needs are within easy walking distance.
The "Gladbeck" district combines urban living with a high quality of life - a place with prospects.
